A 50% deposit is charged when you sign your rental agreement — this counts toward your total, not a separate fee. The remaining balance, plus a refundable $250 damage hold, is charged a few days before your event.
Bookings are non-refundable once confirmed, but you can reschedule at no charge with at least 7 days' notice — as many times as you need.
Absolutely — bring your own decor, food, and catering. Just make sure everything's cleaned up and trash is taken out by the end of your rental.
Smoking is permitted only in the designated outdoor area — not inside the venue.
No pets are permitted on the premises.
